Developing a Good Contract
|
|
|
Contracts are extremely important, and can certainly help if there is a
misunderstanding or some unforeseen problem that arises at a release.
For example, if it storms so hard the release has to be cancelled, what do you
do about that deposit. If the ceremony goes too long and the sunsets, do
you issue a refund? What happens if they cancel a week before the wedding that
has been booked for a year -- and you have turned down two other bookings for
that date? All of these contingencies should be spelled out in your
contract. We have developed a contract that we would like to share with you, and if you have suggestions or have found something to include in a contract, please share it with the other members. Use it as is and fill in the blanks, or use it as a basis of your own contract. Sample Contract I | Printable Version - I | Sample Contract II
