Terms and Conditions

All
bookings are contingent upon availability, acceptability of
release time, location of release site, etc. If XXX is unable to
accept and confirm the dove release and or display for any reason,
the clients will be notified and the accompanying deposit will be
returned. If the agreement is accepted, XXX will provide the
client with written confirmation and a copy of this agreement
within 30 days of receipt. Client is responsible for contacting XXX
if notice is not received within 30 days.

A 50%
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due in full 2 weeks before the release date. If the
balance due is not received and confirmed in writing prior to 48
hours before the event or display time, XXX will not provide the
dove release and or display and the 50% deposit will be considered
forfeited by the client.

Payments may be made with check or money order payable to XXX. Any
payments made less then 14 days prior to the even must be made in
a guaranteed form such as a certified check, cashiers check, money
order or cash. Do not send cash through the mail. All returned
checks are subject to a $25.00 return fee.

In the Event
that XXX must cancel the release for any reason including
unsuitable weather conditions, the client will receive a FULL AND
COMPLETE REFUND INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT.

XXX
reserves the right to photograph or video tape the display and or
release to be used as promotional media.

By
undersigning this agreement you hereby agree to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless XXX, our management, agents and employees, of
and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and suits
of every kind, nature and description, in law or equity, including
any legal fees, costs and expenses of litigation, arising as a
result of, based upon or connection with this agreement pursuant
to this agreement, excepting only acts of willful negligence.

This
agreement, when signed by the client shall be considered to be the
entire and complete agreement. It is legal and binding and
supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, past or
present. All terms herein are contractually binding by both
parties
